Mulčar za veje EFV 130 je namenjen pobiranju in mulčanju vej do debeline približno 7 cm ter je primeren za traktorje z močjo med 60 in 120 KM. Uporaben je pri urejanju sadovnjakov, gozdnih robov, vinogradov in drugih površin, kjer je pomembno, da se veje sproti poberejo in zdrobijo.
Delovna širina znaša 130 cm, težja izvedba s 622 kg pa omogoča stabilno delovanje tudi pri gostejši količini materiala. Mulčar je opremljen z 12 kladivi, ki skrbijo za enakomerno drobljenje vej in podrasti. Hidravlični pomik olajša natančno prilagajanje položaja med traktorjem in robovi vrst ali terena.
Pogonska hidravlika pobiralnega valja zahteva pretok med 30 in 40 l/min. Pobiralni valj vodi veje v mulčar, kar omogoča neprekinjeno delo brez dodatnega ročnega premikanja materiala. Takšna zasnova pospeši vzdrževanje in omogoča čistejšo površino po obdelavi.
