New Alvan Blanch DF25000 grain dryer

If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

grain dryer

Built, factory-tested and ready for dispatch from Chelworth, Wiltshire. No production lead time, no waiting for the next build slot — collection or delivery can be arranged immediately.
JUST 6 METRES HIGH — NO PLANNING HEADACHE
A horizontal drying bed instead of a 15–25 m tower. In practice that means:
- a 150 mm concrete plinth instead of piling and heavy foundations;
- erection in 1–3 weeks; the drier arrives part-assembled and pre-wired;
- servicing and cleaning at ground level, no working at height;
- no tall-structure planning consent, minimal wind loading;
- fits under an existing canopy or alongside existing buildings.
FUEL EFFICIENCY BY DESIGN
Recirculation and heat recovery deliver consistent results even at low air temperatures, where drying quality matters more than speed. The heat recovery system can be switched in or out without any loss of airflow — most driers cannot do this, and losing recovery means losing throughput.
CAPACITY
- Maize 25 % → 15 % at 120 °C — 12.7 t/h
- Wheat 20 % → 15 % at 110 °C — up to 30 t/h
- Barley 20 % → 15 % at 100 °C — up to 28 t/h
- Oilseed rape 13 % → 9 % at 80 °C — up to 21 t/h
- Product on drying bed — 13.2 t
GRAIN QUALITY YOU CAN SELL ON
Gentle drying. A thin 20–50 cm bed, product turnover during the pass and gentle discharge. No grain damage — suitable for seed grain and malting barley.
Cleans while it dries. Built-in dust and chaff extraction: grain leaves the drier cleaner than it went in. The louvred bed is self-clearing and distributes air evenly across the full width — no dead zones, no hot spots, no streaming.
Automatic speed control (ABAC). Bed speed responds to moisture content in real time. The fully enclosed electrical control cabinet with electronic drier and burner controls is included.
No downtime between crops. Switch crop without emptying and refilling the drier.
BURNER TO SUIT YOUR SITE
Supplied without a burner, so it can be matched to whatever fuel you run: natural gas, LPG or diesel. The hot-air fan is a centrifugal unit holding high static pressure, so it works with any type of heat source, including biomass hot air generators and heat-exchangers.
EQUIPMENT INCLUDED
- outdoor superstructure;
- 500 mm feed hopper extension;
- standard discharge auger with housing;
- top and bottom bed baffles;
- rotary automatic feed sensors with timer;
- additional temperature sensor;
- additional access doors;
- sunflower drying kit;
- enclosed electrical control cabinet with electronic control system.
Motors: hot-air fan 45 kW, cold-air fan 18.5 kW, bed drive 1.5 kW, discharge auger 1.5 kW.
Overall dimensions: 13,650 × 5,200 × 6,000 mm. Weight 15.3 t.
RELOCATABLE
Bolted frame construction. The drier splits into sections and travels on two vehicles — one low-loader and one curtain-sided trailer — so it can be moved to another site if your operation changes.
