Дискова борона Kratos від ArkGroup – це потужний агрегат для ефективної боротьби з пожнивними рештками. Вона забезпечує чудові результати як при поверхневій обробці стерні на легких і середніх ґрунтах, так і при підготовці ґрунту до посіву, дозволяючи висівати в мульчу або після оранки.
Борона оснащена двома рядами робочих органів, вирівнюючою пружинною гребінкою та трубчастим котком, що забезпечує рівномірне навантаження на ґрунт.
Завдяки модульній конструкції рами, Kratos пропонує гнучкість у виборі ширини захвату: від 2,4 до 4 метрів, що дозволяє адаптувати агрегат під потреби господарства.
За бажанням клієнта можна замінити пружинні стійки на жорсткі з гумовими демпферами, що поглинають удари під час роботи в складних умовах. Конструкція рами виготовлена з міцної профільної труби 80х80 мм з товщиною 6 мм, що гарантує надійність та довговічність.
Тому ціна агрегату буде відрізнятися:
з пружинними стійками - 385 000 грн;
з гумовими демферами - 330 000 грн.
Робочий орган виготовлений з листової пружини 90х14 Heliodor, чудово справляється з обробкою грудкуватих, кам’янистих і глиняних ґрунтів, не забиваючись і не налипаючи навіть у вологих умовах, при цьому точно повторює рельєф поля.
Підшипники – радіально-упорні, не потребують обслуговування, до яких кріпляться вирізні хвилясті диски.
Диски Super Sharp (Bellota) діаметром 510 мм забезпечують точний обробіток, а трубчастий коток зі спіральною конструкцією рівномірно розподіляє навантаження.
